The Lost Sister

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

The lost sister is the seventh episode of season two. Eleven tells Becky Ives that Terry Ives kept showing her a picture of a dark-skinned girl. Becky tells Eleven to look through the Ives’ teen files. Eleven finds a photo of the girl and finds out that her name was Kali Prasad, and that she was illegally imported from England. Becky tells Eleven that she can live inside of their guest room, and Eleven agrees to it. Eleven turns on the television and is surprised to find out on Action News 8 that Kali is in Chennai. As Eleven gets ready to tell Becky that she is leaving, Eleven finds Becky calling child protective services. Eleven runs away and finds the closest merchant willing to take her to Chennai. While sitting on a camel, she looks through pictures and realizes that Kali is probably located inside of the Yellow Box Warehouse. Once she arrived, she entered the warehouse and found five men, with Kali not being any of them. One of the men threaten Eleven with a knife, but then a spider crawls on his hand and scares him, causing him to drop the knife. Kali appears and Eleven shows her a picture of herself that Eleven took from the Ives’ teen files. Kali tells Eleven that she used to be named Eight but legally changed her name since Eight was so boring. They then embrace. Eleven tells Kali about what happened before she arrived there, and Kali believes that Jim Hopper is a very bad police chief. Kali tells Eleven that she has a gift for her, and the gift is revealed to be a bed inside the warehouse. Eleven hears a broadcast from Hopper before realizing it was a dream and being woken up by Kali. Kali then introduces Eleven to the group, which include Axel, Dottie, Mick, Yagami, and Funshine. Kali tells Eleven that they are killing people who deserve it, and they plan on making Chennai free of crime. They talk about making bigger criminals die more publicly while smaller criminals die from supposed accidents. Kali then starts to ragebait Eleven by reminding her of things that made her angry, like Max Mayfield assaulting Mike Wheeler and Hopper abandoning her, causing her to scream with intense rage. Kali tells Eleven their next target is a man named Raye Penber, alias Ray Carroll. Eleven is forced to dress up as a punk and is called an offensive slur by Dottie, a slur that Eleven learns. They rob a convenience store for fun before continuing their search for Raye Penber. Eleven and Kali break in while the others wait outside, and Raye Penber is afraid of Eleven and Kali. Eleven starts to strangle him until Raye offers to give information on Martin Brenner’s whereabouts, and his real identity. This is when Eleven finds out Brenner is alive. Right as Raye is about to die, his two daughters along with his wife Naomi Misora start to attack Eleven, forcing them to flee. When they get back, Kali starts to speak to Eleven before they realize police are surrounding them. Eleven wants to fight, but she remembers happy memories; Mike nicknaming her, helping Hopper set up his house, and accidentally cutting Dustin’s head off while fighting. Eleven runs from Kali and the other people. Eleven hops onto a camel with a woman driving her, and when the woman asks where Eleven wants to be taken, Eleven replies with “home.”
