The Mike Stand is a 2018 documentary film about veteran comedian Mike MacDonald reconnecting with his comedic roots mixed with footage of the last shows he ever headlined. It is directed by Brendan Mertens and Canadian comedian Mike MacDonald. The documentary explores Mike Mcdonald going back to his old stomping grounds on US soil, while sharing his story of forgetting 40 years of comedy after successful a liver transplant. The film features interviews with modern comedians.
