The ZimTainment is an entertainment and lifestyle news website from Zimbabwe.[1]
History
It was formed in 2015 and covers everything to do with entertainment and lifestyle in Zimbabwe with a bias towards upcoming artists. The website started off as a Zimbabwean hip hop blog and later spread its wings to cover all aspects of art in Zimbabwe.
Awards
The ZimTainment[2] has been nominated three times in the Zim Hip Hop Awards and winning once in 2018 in the Best Online Media category. The ZimTainment[3] was also nominated for the Best Online Media at the Zimdancehall Awards in 2018.[4]
In March 2018 the website was ranked among The Most Popular Online News Platforms in Zimbabwe[5] by Techzim, a tech website from Zimbabwe.
