The upside down
The Upside Down is the eighth episode of a TV show. Mike Wheeler and Eleven are horrified at what Eleven saw in the baby pool, and they decide to hide out in the cafeteria, because they think that they can eat something. Jim Hopper and Joyce Byers decide that they are going to rescue Will Byers themselves, so they sneak into the Hawkins lab and enter a portal into the Vale of Shadows, undetected by any scientist. Hopper tells Joyce that they are gonna find Will, Martin Brenner is so excited to finally touch Will, but needs to take Eleven away first, so he negotiates the location of Eleven away from Hopper. Jonathan Byers and Nancy Wheeler are fighting for the right to kill Vecna, and they slit their hands using daggers, this causes them to bleed. Steve Harrington is horrified about this, just as Nancy pulls out her gun and prepares to shoot, the Demogorgon comes in at last. The three teens are horrified, and they run into Will’s room, the Demogorgon is unable to enter, but the three are still scared. Steve decides to leave. Hopper and Joyce find castle Byers inside of the Vale of Shadows, and Joyce thinks Will is close. As Steve leaves the house, he notices the Demogorgon, it eats Jonathan, but Steve attacks it with his spiked bat. The Demogorgon falls and tumbles, and Nancy lights the Demogorgon on fire, causing it to burn to death. Joyce starts to hallucinate in the Vale of Shadows, and hears Jonathan, telling her to get out of there and that the Demogorgon was dangerous. Eleven and Mike are in the school cafeteria, and Mike gives Eleven some chocolate pudding that they stole from the school’s kitchen. Mike tells Eleven that she can live in his house when she finishes defeating Vecna, just because she is helping the world and he appreciated it, and Eleven says that they can be siblings. Mike tells Eleven that they should go make at the snowball, and Eleven asks what snowball is. Mike notices that the mad hen were coming, and he decides to run away, informing Eleven to run too. Connie Frazier chases the kids into a hallway, where Eleven rips out her eyeballs. Brenner grabs Eleven and touches her. Eleven notices Mike being restrained and she is angry, Eleven launches Brenner into the mouth of a Demogorgon and runs away, Mike attempts to stop the Demogorgon using his rocks, but Eleven forces the Demogorgon through a crack, following it as they both enter the Vale of Shadows. Mike is shocked at what just happened. Hopper and Joyce find Will tied up to a wall, and Joyce rips him out. Will was still breathing, so they put him in recovery position. Hopper cries to himself. Mike returns home to his mom, and he hugs her. Will wakes up from recovery position and sees Jonathan and Joyce looking at him, he smiles at them. 3 months later, on Christmas eve, the boys play more Stranger Things. Will summons a thessalhydra, and secures a cheated win. Will returns home alone, as he did 3 months ago. Mike sees Eleven's empty fort and silently smiles. Jim Hopper leaves some food in the middle of the woods, desperately waiting for El to return. Will enjoys Christmas with his mom, saying how he knew he received a PlayStation 5, suddenly, he feels uncomfortable and enters the bathroom, he wakes up back in the upside down as he spits out D'Artagnan.
