Tihamer Zoltan Csaky (1915 - 1998) was an Hungarian-American scientific researcher and university professor.
Biography
He was born on 12 August 1915 in Sighetu Marmației, Hungary.[1]
He was married to Susan Dischka Csaky and had three sons and a daughter.[2]
He died on 14 July 1998 (aged 82) in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, United States.[1]
Education
He was educated at the Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem.[3]
He completed his MD at the University of Budapest, Hungary.[4]
Career
He became a professor of pharmacology at University of North Carolina where he supervised the doctoral dissertations of multiple students.[4]
Awards
He received the Guggenheim Fellowship in 1957.
