Tim McCoy and The Papercuts is a rock band based out of Dover, New Hampshire and was founded by Seacoast musician Tim McCoy of Heavens to Murgatroid, Weed Inc., Lemon Fresh Kids, Starch, Jon Nolan and Hokum, The Monster Makers/Gay Bride of Frankenstein and The Donkey Show. The band is composed of Jason Boyce, Dan McGarry, Billy Butler of Gay Bride of Frankenstein and Jamie Biscomb. The band's albums have been produced and recorded by singer, songwriter Jon Nolan of Say Zuzu and Jon Nolan and Hokum. Nolan is the owner and operator of Milltown Recording Company. McCoy and Nolan have been playing and recording together since 1992. Jamie Biscomb was discovered at Paddy's American Grill in the Pease International Tradeport by McCoy's friend and collaborator Tim Theriault, guitarist for Sully Erna's of Godsmack solo project Avalon.
