To: Our Past Selves / From: Our Future Shades is the third studio album by American metalcore band Behold Here's Poison. The album was initially set to be released on July 5, 2024 through an unsigned label, but was later delayed to August 9, 2024. The record was produced by Casio Robinson. It is the first album to feature guitarist Kayden Gauger and vocalist/keyboardist Casio Robinson and the last to feature guitarist Zayden Mills as official members of Behold Here's Poison.

Promotion

On March 23, 2024, the band shared the music video for the new single "Walking On Tracks". The song was an instant success and rose to the bands' top 5 on Spotify almost immediately. They remained silent until May 23, when they announced the second single "Petals" would be out on May 24, the following day. Alongside this, they announced their third full length album To: Our Past Selves / From: Our Future Shades, would be released on July 5, 2024, and they also announced the tracklist on June 3.

On June 27, the band announced the album would be delayed to August 9, 2024, because they felt they had more to express in terms of production and due to the band parting ways with guitarist Zayden Mills. They also announced that in place of the album, the third single "Breathe" would release on July 5.

Before the album comes out, the band is going on a tour in Utah, Wyoming, & Idaho.
