Tom Atcheson (born 22 September 2006) is a Northern Irish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Blackburn Rovers.
Career
Atcheson is a youth product of Blackburn Rovers, and signed his first scholarship contract with the club on 15 May 2023.[1] He started training with their senior team in the preseason during the summer of 2023.[2] He made his senior and professional debut with Blackburn Rovers as a substitute in an 8–0 EFL Cup win over Harrogate Town on 30 August 2023.[3]
International career
Atcheson was called up to the Northern Ireland U17s for a set of 2023 UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualification matches in March 2023.[4] He was called up to the Northern Ireland U19s for a friendly against Italy U19s in September 2023.[5]
