Tom Morrissey is an American politician who is currently serving as the Mayor of Payson, Arizona. In 2016 he was a district level delegate for Donald Trump in the Republican National Convention. He unsuccessfully ran for the Arizona Senate in 2014. [1] From 2011-2013 he served as the chairman of the Arizona Republican Party.[2]
