Toms College of Engineering for Startups[edit]
Toms College of Engineering for Startups (TCE[1]) is conducting B.Tech course with the approval of AICTE[2][3], affiliated to A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU)[4], located at Mattakara in Kottayam district of Kerala. TCES is run by Thirunilam[5] educational trust, an educational charitable trust.
