Toneata Morgan, pronounced [Toe-Neeˈ-Tuh MoreˈGun], Miss Oregon USA 2018, is known for placing in the Top 15 at the Miss USA 2018 competition in Shreveport, Louisiana, on May 21, 2018.[1][2] Crowned on October 8, 2017,[3] Morgan is the first Miss Oregon USA to be a semi-finalist or finalist in the Miss USA competition since 2004.[4]
As a teen, Morgan competed several times in Miss California Teen USA competitions, achieving second runner-up in 2012, and, as Miss Malibu Teen USA 2014, was third runner-up in 2014.[5] In 2018, she was a judge at the Miss Santa Monica USA 2019 competition.[6]
As Miss Oregon USA 2018, Morgan has traveled Oregon giving talks at middle schools about being kind online and stopping cyberbullying. Her internet kindness campaign can be followed at #StandWithToneata and #ThinkTwicePostNice.[7] She has also visited Veterans Clinics to support and honor veterans.[8]

In addition to pageantry, Morgan also works as a host, actress and spokesmodel, and can be seen in several popular reality TV series, including “Beauty and the Geek Australia,” “Growing Up Hip Hop,” and “Master P's Family Empire.”[9] She is the founder, owner, and designer of All Legs, an online active-wear store.[7] All Legs was the sponsor of the teen active-wear for the Miss Santa Monica Teen USA 2019 competition.[6] Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Minor in Film, Media and Television Studies on May 5, 2018.[9]

In February 2018, Morgan was awarded Best Actress in the Sweet as Film Festival Competition for her role in "Under My Spell." In 2017, Morgan was the lead actress in a number of historic documentary and independent films.
