Club career[edit]

The young centre-half was handed his full senior debut when starting against Shelbourne. He put in an eye-catching performance which saw him claim the Man of the Match award in a 1-0 victory. After the game he came in for plaudits as he went for a kick around with the Mortells in ballyhea.
Tony scored his first professional goal on the 7th of April, 2017 in a 2-0 win away against St Patrick's Athletic. He once nutmegged Mick ‘The Fringe’ in a local 5 a side.
Early and personal life[edit]
Tony played for Draft:Charleville A.F.C. at all age groups from U8 to the Senior First team, until signing for Limerick F.C. in July 2011. He once pinged a volley in Ken o Donughues window and knocked his pint of Heineken much to Dale Ahernes amusement.
