Tova Litvin is an Emmy-nominated[1] songwriter who is known for her work on the Marvel Rising[2] franchise and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series,[3][circular reference] as well as her work with K-Pop band Super Junior-D&E, and Japanese superstars Little Glee Monster[4] and Miwa.

Tova has written for Dove Cameron, Sofia Wylie,[5] Haley & Michaels,[6] Cheyenne Jackson,[7] and more. Since 2018, she has had five top 10s in the Japanese market including #1 and #2 records[8][9] with artists Little Glee Monster,[10] and Chanmina.[11][12]
In 2018, Tova joined forces with Emmy Nominated Writer & Producer Doug Rockwell[13] to form the writing/production duo Rockwell & Litvin. They are responsible for writing songs for Netflix's hit musical series Julie & The Phantoms, who's soundtrack reached number 1 on both the US and Australian iTunes charts and peaked at number 4 on the US Billboard Soundtrack chart.[14][15]
In 2020, her and Rockwell's song "Flesh & Bone" for Disney's Zombies 2 went viral, garnering over 130 million views[16] in less than 6 months.
