Traction: Get a Grip On Your Business is a business strategy book written by Gino Wickman that guides leaders of entrepreneurial organizations on how to gain control of their business through the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Traction, published by BenBella Books in 2012, after being previously self-published to sales of 19,000. In 2008, Traction won 2 Axiom Business Book Awards Bronze medals.[citation needed]
