TRENDZ (트렌드지) is a seven-member boy group under the music label Interpark Music Plus. Interpark Music Plus is a subsidiary of South Korean retail company Interpark. They made their debut on January 5, 2022 with their first mini album Blue Set Chapter 1. Tracks with title track - TNT (Truth&Trust).[1][2]

Pre-Debut[edit]
On July 21, 2021, Interpark announced that they had established a subsidiary label, Interpark Music Plus, for their idol group production business. It was also revealed that the label is preparing to launch a new male idol group within the year.
On July 28, 2021, the group's official SNS accounts were launched. On July 31, INTER BOYS uploaded their first dance cover video, starting with Stray Kids' "Back Door"[3]. A dance cover of Taemin's "Advice" by member 'D' was released on August 4, and SuperM's "Tiger Inside" by the full group on August 7.
On August 9, 2021, Havit and Hankook were revealed as the group's first trainees. This was followed by Yechan, Leon, and Eunil on the 10th. Finally, ra.L and Yoonwoo were revealed on the 11th.
On the midnight of November 29, 2021, the group announced that they will be called TRENDZ and will make their debut in January 2022.[4]
On January 4, 2021 Interpark announced that TRENDZ has been selected as the ambassadors for Young Astronauts Korea (YAK)[5]
Debut[edit]
On December 15, 2021, TRENDZ announced that they will release their debut mini album, Blue Set Chapter 1. Tracks, on January 5, 2022. On December 17, their debut schedule was released.
On January 23, 2022, TRENDZ attended and performed "TNT (Truth&Trust)" on the Korean Music Show "Inkigayo".[6]
On January 25, 2022, TRENDZ attended and performed on the Music Show "The Show".[7]
On March 3rd, 2022, TRENDZ attended and performed "Villain" on M Countdown.[8]
TRENDZ surprised K-Pop fans with their incredible performance of their B-Side song "Villain". The group gained the attention because of their bandage choreography that was done by Kim Beom from Men Of The Future.[9]
