John Troy Mallillin is a Filipino professional basketball player for the Blackwater Bossing of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
Mallillin played for the La Salle Green Hills Greenies in high school before joining the Ateneo Blue Eagles in college. With Ateneo, Mallillin won two championships in UAAP Season 80 (2017) and Season 82 (2019).
He turned pro in 2022 after joining the Rizal Golden Coolers of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League, where he became a two-time all-star. In 2023, he was selected by the San Miguel Beermen with the 35th pick of the PBA season 48 draft, where he won a championship in his first conference. In 2024, he was relegated to the team's free agent list and later signed with Blackwater in 2025.[1]

In 2022, Mallillin turned professional and joined the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League, where he would team up with Ateneo teammate Jolo Mendoza in the Rizal Golden Coolers.[2]
