Tulkoff Food Products, Inc. is a fourth-generation family-owned food manufacturing company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.[1] Tulkoff's primary products are condiments, specialty sauces and ingredients such as horseradish and garlic. The company produces products for the retail, foodservice and industrial sales markets as well as private label and contract manufacturing.[2][3]

Operations[edit]

Tulkoff operated a manufacturing facility in Pittsburg, California from 1997 to 2020.[1] In 2020, Tulkoff closed it’s California location, but opened a manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. [4]

History[edit]

Tulkoff Food Products was founded in the 1930’s by Harry and Lena Tulkoff in Baltimore, Maryland.[5]

Tulkoff is the original creator of Tiger Sauce, a combination of horseradish and mayonnaise. Tiger Sauce is named after Sol Tulkoff’s 802nd tank battalion from World War II.[6]
