History
Tumbledry was established in 2019 by Gaurav Nigam and Navin Chawla.[4] Gaurav Teotia, Tarun Arora, and Anuj Gupta later joined as co-founders.[5] The company launched its first outlet in Noida in 2019.[5][2]

In 2022, Tumbledry received the PTC Award of Excellence in Entrepreneurship from CINET, an international association for the textile care industry.[17] CINET also placed Tumbledry as the leading laundry brand in India and fifth globally[18] in the Retail Textile Cleaning (RTC-BIG) category.[19]
Funding
Tumbledry was launched with an initial investment by its founders. The company has not raised external funding or secured loans.[7]
