Habitat: Tropical island jungle/Rainforest (and currently, California redwoods)
Animal's location: the island of Isla Nublar (early 1989- mid 2018) and Isla Sorna (from 1987 to late 2004) but now living out in the wilderness of northern California.
Bred by: International Genetic Technologies (INGEN for short) on Isla Sorna facilities.
Initial purpose: to be a main attraction at "Jurassic Park"
