Overview[edit]
Uche Rum is a premium coconut flavoured vegan rum brand founded by three friends from London. The name "Uche" (pronounced 'ooo-chay') is of Nigerian origin, meaning 'will' or 'intent' and pays tribute to the brother of one of the founders, who passed away.[1][2]
Distillation Process[edit]
Twice distilled from molasses in 200-litre copper alembic stills.[3][4][5]

Ian Burrell 'The Global Rum Ambassador' (voted 14th most influential person, 2020 Bar Worlds Top 100) featured Uche Rum's coconut flavoured rum during one of his regular segments on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch show.[6][7][8]
