Uhuru Heights in a skyscraper in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It is 103.3 meters tall and has 27 floors. It functions as an office and residential building. Construction started in 2009 and ended in 2012.[1][2] 13 floors of the building are made up of apartments and 5 floors made up of shopping areas. Floors 3 to 8 are for office space. The building includes many health and sport activities.[3]
