Ultipa is a private company headquartered in San Ramon, California. It provides graph database, graph analytics software, and vertical applications based on its database. The name Ultipa stands for "Ultimate Processing Accelerator".

Ultipa Inc. was founded in 2019 by Ricky Sun, a long time Silicon Valley IT veteran and a serial entrepreneur.[1][not in citation given] Ultipa raised an initial $1 million in funding in 2019 and another $21 million in a Series A round in September 2021.[2] In August 2021, Ultipa joined the Linked Data Benchmark Council (LDBC)[3],[4] the non-profit organization that aims to define standard benchmarks for graphs in order to foster a community around graph processing technologies. In 2022 Ultipa was awarded by CIOReview as the most promising High-performance computing (HPC) solution provider.[5]

Ultipa Graph Database is an ACID-compliant HTAP commercial database with native graph data storage, computing and processing. It is one of the few graph database to support both X86-64 and ARM-64 CPUs.[6][7][8] As of August 2022, Ultipa graph database is offered in the latest version 4.1.
