Formerly styled "Sterling Publishing," it was established in 2022 as house name for the publishing company's future.[1] Union Square & Co. includes the adult imprints Union Square & Co., Puzzlewright Press and Sterling Ethos; the children's imprints Union Square Kids and Boxer Books (acquired March 2022);[2] and the gift and stationery publisher Knock Knock (acquired April 2022).[3]
