To AngusWOOF or other editors who review submissions,

There are two sources, S&P and Moody's to please consider as well:

  • "Moody's assigns B2 CFR to Upland Software in connection with the issuance of new credit facilities; outlook stable". Moodys.com. 2019-06-11. Retrieved 2019-08-01.

The case for these two items:

  • We focus our PR efforts on Analysts and credit rating agencies (not the Press) because we are an acquirer of companies and finance those acquisitions thru equity and debt – that is a critical public audience for us.
  • These documents seem to meet all notability criteria as outlined by Wiki, can an editor tell us what about them causes concern?
  • As a public company, we have been told by customers, investors, and other interested parties that it is important for our story to be made more publicly on forums like Wikipedia. We are doing our best to meet this request thru this submission.
