Uruha Rushia (潤羽るしあ) was a Japanese virtual YouTuber (VTuber) affiliated with Hololive Production.[1] She was part of Hololive (Japan) 3rd Generation (ホロライブファンタジー, Hololive Fantasy) alongside Usada Pekora, Shiranui Flare, Shirogane Noel and Houshou Marine.[2]
