Hello everybody. Hello User:DGG. I have rephrased the article, and I have removed the sources that don't cover the topic significantly. Now, could someone please do me a favor and take a second look at the fourth reference (German newspaper MAZ)? I think that it covers the article subject significantly because it describes the article subject by giving a brief overview of the company. The MAZ has been an important newspaper since the late 19th century, and it is a member of Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland, therefore, I believe that it is independent, and reliable (and I suppose it is obvious that it is a secondary source). VGP is a Belgian industrial park developer and lessor. The company was founded in 1998 in Czechia by Jan Van Geet.[3] It purchases premises, plans and erects logistic real estate, and leases its premises to clients from the logistics or semi-Industrial businesses.[4] Approximately half of VGP's premises are leased by companies from the automotive industry, such as Volkswagen and BMW.[5] In 2016 and 2019 VGP founded joint ventures with Allianz Real Estate.[6] VGP is listed on Euronext Brussels and Prague Stock Exchange.[7] The company operates a total of 72 parks in twelve European countries directly and through their joint ventures, with its most important markets being Germany, Spain, Czechia, and Hungary. In 2018, VGP owned industrial parks with a total combined area of 4 km2 (1.5 sq mi).[8]
