Vaibhav Singh Yadav aka Ahir Boxer (born March 08, 1995) is a Indian professional boxer.[1] Vaibhav was born in Delhi, India. He recently became WBC Asia silver welterweight champion after defeating Thailand's Fahpetch Singmanassak in the title bout held in Pattaya, Thailand.[2][3] He also holds Asian Boxing Federation welter title.[4][5][6]
Early life[edit]
Vaibhav is an alumnus of Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. His father is a lifelong policeman serving in Delhi.[7]
Professional boxing[edit]
He started his professional boxing career on June 20, 2018 against Nattapong Thanchareon in Pattaya, Thailand.[8][9]
