Valagaiman taluk is one of the taluks in Tamil Nadu, India. The taluk consists of 68 villages. The capital is the town of Valangaiman. About 100.000 people live there. The population is split almost evenly between both sexes. There are 1011 women for every 1000 men. The literacy rate is at 72%,
