Vanja Budda (born 1967) in Hamburg, Germany is a German broadcast journalist and country correspondent in Brandenburg out Potsdam for the Germany broadcast station (Deutschlandfunk).
Life[edit]
Budde grew up in the Rhineland and spent a year in the USA. She studied history, political science, philosophy and international law in Cologne and completed an internship at a local newspaper.
This was followed by freelance work with newspapers and the WDR, as well as internships and editorial work at the dpa in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and Erfurt. In 2002 she joined as a freelance author, editor and reporter Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg broadcast station (RBB) and Deutschlandfunk, where she became regional correspondent for Brandenburg.[1]
She is the author and contributor of 13 episodes of the daily 06:30 PM broadcast magazine „background“ on Deutschlandfunk.
