Veena World(वीणा वर्ल्ड in Marathi) is a Mumbai, India based online/offline travel company established on 18 June 2013. It was founded by Veena, Sudhir, Sunila, and Neil Patil. Its Corporate Office is located in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

Pre-establishment history
Veena World's ideation began with a team of 35 members in April 2013, before becoming a limited company in May 2013.
Establishment
In 2013, Kesari Tours faced a management crisis. Veena Patil, then Managing Director, was forced to leave due to allegations of asset misuse. She subsequently sold her shares and, along with other board members from Kesari Tours, Sudhir Patil and Sunila Patil, began establishing a new firm. [1][2]
Operating under the brand name Veena World and the motto "Travel, Explore, Celebrate", the holding company Veena Patil Hospitality Pvt Ltd was established on 18 June 2013. Its first sales office in Kandivali, Mumbai, was inaugurated by Shri Raj Thackeray on 18 June 2013. [3][4]
Corporate Structure
Veena World is owned by its holding company, Veena Patil Hospitality Pvt Ltd., a private limited company. The head office is in Vidyavihar, Mumbai, and sales offices are also located in Prabhadevi, Borivali, Ghatkopar, Thane, Vashi, Dombivali, Vasai, and Pune.
Veena Patil is the company's Managing Director. Sudhir Patil, Sunila Patil, and Neil Patil are the Directors. As of 2016, the company employed 700 people, including 350 Tour Managers.
Operations
The company commenced operations on 18 June 2013, from its Kandivali office, and has more than 50 preferred agents across India. [5][6] Within a month of its head office opening, most offices in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Pune Metropolitan Area began operations. [7]
As of 2016, Veena World had its corporate office in Vidyavihar, 8 sales offices, and over 150 Preferred Sales Partners across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, and other locations. Veena World also has a forex office/sales office in Dadar.
