Viama Vexar Productions (Виама Вексар Продакшнс), commonly known as Vexar is a private entertainment agency and community in California originally founded by Kaysen Markoff in 2017. Formerly known as SAUGUS STUDIOS ENTERTAINMENT (2016-2020), the agency originally made for music has grown to be one of the biggest underground networks for entertainment and community in Santa Clarita.
The Multimedia Universe[edit]
The story of Viama Vexar Productions begins in late 2016 with a small group of kids that had a passion for entertainment. Santa Clarita's Kaysen Markoff and Jayden Bayless created their first studio album by the ages of eleven and nine years old called "The Saugus Rappers Album". The album at its time was never publicly released to digital platforms but was offered in CD format during the time of its finishing. The Saugus Rappers album was the first ever project that would still be classified as the beginning of Vexar. Markoff eventually found passion in the business side of entertainment, creating SAUGUS STUDIOS ENTERTAINMENT in May of 2017 shortly after the passing of his grandfather, Joe Esparza. However, at this time in history, the founding fathers took unprofessional approaches when dealing with person issues. Kaysen Markoff, in hurt of deceasing the Savage Squad, launched the album that caused SSE to change forever. In late 2020 with the formation of the River Squad came the newly founded Vexar Movie and Music Production. The company was off to a rough start since it was launched with 1/6 the founding fathers, being Kaysen Markoff. Vexar took its first spotlight when Markoff produced episodes 12-16 of the River Vlog introducing Ashley Lopez, Audrey Bratt, Addison Leite, and Charlotte Leite which was known as The River Squad. In 2022, Markoff decided to take the next step for Vexar and offer all categories of the arts including an internal community/government ran by the people of Community X. Today, Vexar Productions is known for what Markoff imagined it to be: a place of constant work, intelligence, growth mentally and physically, development, and collaboration.
Departments[edit]
Vexar Productions divided its professions into a variety of departments that are responsible for different arts.
Music and Audio[edit]
The Joe Esparza Music Department offers a full sound effect library for editors as well as Project X Studio sessions. The music department however was the first initial category while developing Viama Vexar Productions in 2017 when DJX Kbrokaysen and The Legendary JayB created their first studio album, The Saugus Rappers.
Project X[edit]
Project X by DJX Kbrokaysen is an American development company for entertainment arts (ex: music production, film production, digital design, photo, etc.) and was turned over to Vexar Productions in 2022. Project X is a team of technical professionals that master musicians music and movie makers films with Dolby Atmos audio and high quality graphic design. The developer also holds its network of projects in a private database on the Vexar Productions website where artists with a Project X license can access.
Bitch I'ma Viper[edit]
Bitch I'ma Viper was an album by DJX Kbrokaysen that had derogatory directed songs towards his older group, Savage Squad. Starting with Markoff and Railee Harbo's breakup came "Goodbye" and a diss song on 3 other squad members, Faked Out Friends. When the squad was officially deceased, Markoff was the executive producer/leader to the entire Bitch I'ma Viper series which was named after the idea that the words given were toxic, thus rose the SAUGUS STUDIOS ENTERTAINMENT Vipers rap group. In all, there were a total of 12 songs with the same meaning. The last song made by the Vipers rap group was during the River Squad Saga in 2020 when DJX Kbrokaysen, LUX4, and RedRiots recorded "On Period" which never officially made it to platforms. Six months later Vexar would hold DJX Kbrokaysen accountable for derogatory discrimination and was forced to erase all of the songs and discontinue the Vipers entirely. Since then, DJX made one attempt to return Bitch I'ma Viper during the division of Saugus News Network in 2021 but was soon cancelled.

Movies and TV[edit]
The Motion Pictures Division offers many positions for production or info-production. Founded by Isaac Boston in 2016, the movie department was first responsible for short YouTube skits. Over time the team became more and more experienced which opened options for small budget movie production like Kaysen Markoff's short films from Saugus High School's Video Production. Vexar Productions TV also allows other filmmakers to promote/protect their movies in lines to the Boston Blue guidelines.

Community X[edit]

The community works much like a government with a foundation in place by the Vexar Constitution which seperates the powers of executive managers, representative managers, division managers, artists, and the people of the community.
The Legacy[edit]
Joe Esparza[edit]
Joe Esparza (born in 1947) was an American musician from Canyon Country, CA. For his entire life, Esparza had the passion of playing live music and going on tour with his band. However, Esparza was looked at more than his music, but as the dedicated family man and friend he was. Family members from the Esparza family have stated that Joe was looked up to as the man who could kill a storm. However, Esparza would pass before seeing the big development that his two grandkids, Kaysen Markoff and Jayden Bayless, had in place. In the following years, his blood and legacy is continued by the two entrepreneurs that created Viama Vexar Productions today as well as his beloved wife, Karen Esparza, to be apart of the music department.
Isaac Boston[edit]
The movie and tv department originally was founded in late 2016 by Kaysen Markoff and Isaac Boston when first starting a YouTube channel for gaming and skits. Boston and Markoff met in 4th grade at James Foster Elementary school and eventually also formed "The Saugus Riders" biker group in Santa Clarita shortly after. Boston was a big fan of playing games Call of Duty and Fortnite but his biggest passion was hanging out with his friends. Unfortunately, Boston passed on August 4, 2021 at just 16 years old, leaving the Vexar community distraught. Within the upcoming year, Markoff signed to change the Vexar Productions film team from Centurion Films to Boston Blue Productions. To this day, Isaac Boston remains the sole creator, influencer, and icon to Vexar's motion pictures division
Constitution[edit]
Establishment[edit]
Amendments[edit]
Article I[edit]
General law may not interfere with one's pathway of development. Authority does not have the right to withdraw any and all creative sources unless criminalization is passed the second degree. The head departments in the Viama Vexar Productions Industry cannot self-infer an action without the proper degree of criminalization.
Criminalization:
First Degree - Automobile violation, substance use/abuse and possession, verbal abuse, trespassing
Second Degree - Battery, possession of a weapon in threat, derogatory discrimination, fraud
Third Degree - Murder, attempted murder, rape, statutory rape, fatal wounding
Any violation above the second degree can result in termination. However, representatives of the industry may proceed with questioning for the mental and physical safety of an individual starting from the first degree. If good argument is presented by the representatives, approved by the division of occupation and executive manager, termination shall be eligible[13]
Article II[edit]
It is unconstitutional for the use of discrimination by race, sex, or religion, otherwise to be held accountable with a possible termination. It is our priority to make sure everyone is given the best treatment when working for departments. The use of discrimination reflects influence on a division and cannot be permitted for derogatory use. Charges can be held up to a definite termination[13]
Article III[edit]
Members of the executive, representative, or division branches may not interfere with production, development, or promotion of an individual without issue. Without regard to a violation of Article I, management cannot use power or authority to convert or abolish projects without artist's consent[13]
Article IV[edit]
A person may demand to hold office accountable regarding false accusation, unlawful verbalization, or unprofessionalism. If there is an issue with management, division, representative, or executive members then artists can use the constitution towards the district if they feel one with power is unstable. However, a claim that doesn't get upheld could reflect poorly on the appointer[13]
Article IX[edit]
To amend articles, there must be three approval signatures from the executive branch (including the CEO), ⅔ the representative house, and at least 6/8 departments[13]
Article X[edit]
Any and all artists, among the divisions of the arts, are granted the immovable right of ownership and authority to own projects and press. Management is prohibited from holding projects from an artist unless there is an overdue payment fee. Withdrawing from the industry required artists to provide a two-week notice to management. Failing to await the 2-week process will result in a Force Withdraw charge
*Force Withdraw: an act of removing projects from the public or adding already published projects to another vendor*
Force withdrawals are a serious violation against the arts divisions. If this occurs, the division department will require a $100 fine for the rights to each project. Otherwise, the rights to the projects will be opened to creative commons (free public use)[13]
Article XI[edit]
Elections for the Community X district are to be held every year in May and are ranged to end from the middle of the month to the end. People of the executive branch are not eligible for voting[13]
Article XII[edit]
The constitution grants a CEO serving of life to Kaysen Lee Markoff. Following leaders serve the maximum of 1 term or 25 years under oath[13]
