Biography
Victor graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (1988-1993).
From December 1992, he worked as a journalist of the newspaper "Rada", and since September 1992 – as a correspondent in the newspaper "Dilo" in Kyiv. Since October 1993, he was head of the "Commodity markets" department of the Financial Ukraine newspaper. He worked in the newspaper "Business Week".
Personal life
Victor goes in for sports and likes fishing, and enjoys cars.

Since the summer of 2014, he has been the author and leading presenter of the Ukrainian satirical-political TV project "Vata TV", for which he was awarded a number of Ukrainian prizes and titles.
