Vijay Moolan is an Indian film producer and Entrepreneur who works in Bollywood and Tamil films. He produces under the banner Vijay Moolan Talkies.
His debut production was Odu Raja Odu (2018),[1] . which heralded in a new age of film-making style into tamil cinema. While it encountered controversies, the film turned out to be a moderate commercial and critical hit[2] His second production is Rocketry: The Nambi Effect (2019).[3] . Having begun pre-production works in early 2017, the teaser of the film was launched in October 2018, and has a proposed release date of summer 2019. The story spans across Narayanan's days as a graduate student at Princeton University, before exploring his work as a scientist and the false espionage charges placed upon him..[4] .
Early life[edit]
Vijay Moolan was born in Cochin, Kerala. After initial schooling in Dammam, Saudi Arabia he went to St. Lawrence High School, WI, USA. After completing Graduation in Engineering, he joined for MBA in Marketing and HR, University of Wales, United Kingdom.[5] .
Career[edit]
In 2018, he produced his first movie, Odu Raja Odu. As of 2018, he announced his next production venture Rocketry: The Nambi Effect. The international spices brand by Moolans Group, VIJAY is named after him.
