Vikas Malpani (31 years old, born in Gujarat) is an Indian Internet entrepreneur and co-founder of Commonfloor.com,[1] an online real estate portal for property seekers in India.[2] He co-founded Commonfloor.com in the year 2007 along with Sumit Jain & Lalit Mangal.[3] He heads CommonFloor Groups, the Apartment Management offering[4] of CommonFloor.com that provides apartment residents with community living.[5]

Vikas graduated with a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University[6] Bangalore in 2006. He then started working with SAP labs, where he was a part of the NetWeaver mobile Team.
