Village Attacks is a cooperative tower defense board game for 1-5 players designed by Adam Smith and published by Grimlord Games.[1] The game was active on Kickstarter from March 1, 2017 to April 2, 2017. Its original goal of £72,000 was funded in 90 minutes. The Kickstarter campaign closed with a final total of £501,524, reaching all of their outlined stretch goals.[2]

Gameplay[edit]

In Village Attacks, players act as infamous creatures from mythology and folklore, defending their castle from the local village invaders. By working cooperatively, they can fight back the villagers and reduce their morale to win the game.

Players take turns in order, rolling a set of dice and using the symbols on the dice to do various actions, including melee and ranged attacks, movement, magic spells, purchasing traps, and other actions in order to keep the villagers at bay.
