Vimalkumar
Vimalkumar was an Indian film director and music director from Malayalam cinema of the 1950s.[1][2][3][4]
Filmography
Vimalkumar was one of the two directors of Thiramala released in 1953. And, he did the music for the movie. Its lyricist was P. Bhaskaran. In the direction of the film, Ramu Kariat was one of Vimalkumar's assistants and M. S. Baburaj assisted him in music.[3][4] After Thiramala, he directed Puthradharmam and Achanum Makanum.[5] He was also the music director of Achanum Makanum. He directed two films also named, Sudarsan and Sankarachrya. But, both films were not released.[6][7]
Personal life
Vimalkumar's birth name is A.S. Thomas and he was born in the Arakkal family situated at Cochin in 1906. He passed away in 1966.[1][2][8]
