Vishwavidyalaya Chhatra Federation (VCF) is an independent left-wing students' organization in University of Delhi, co-founded by Mishab Bin Hamza E, Firoz Alam, Sadhana Kanojia and Ajeet Gupta. It serves as a platform for politically conscious students of the university to engage in discussions of political importance and protest against injustice and anti-democratic policies of the university and the ruling government of India as a whole. The organization advocates for progressive policies, and actively participates in shaping the future of their university and society at large.

The VCF has conducted a number of protest programmes in University of Delhi, in collaboration with Students Federation of India (SFI), All India Students Association (AISA), and Democratic Students' Union. The protest by VCF against the government ban on the screening of the BBC documentary India: The Modi Question led to the arrest of the party co-founder Mishab Bin Hamza E.[1][2]

VCF is working as part of All India Forum for Right to Education (AIFRTE)[3]. So far VCF has conducted a number of programmes in the Delhi University ranging from Birsa Munda commemoration, protest against the death of Indra Meghval, Bhagat Singh remembrance.
