Vitrazza is a United States company formed in 2012 to acquire and develop the assets of Glass Solutions Inc. The company sells office furniture, equipment, and home furnishings. It is best known for the Vitrazza Glass Office Chair Mat and the DeskGuard Glass Desk Mat[3].

Boulder, Colorado residents Robert Livingston and Bill Fitzgerald[4] began selling office chair mats made from tempered glass panels in 2007 to supplant plastic and vinyl floor mats. Livingston and Fitzgerald established a local business selling through a handful of dealers in the Boulder and Denver Metro areas[5]. By 2012 the founders retired and sold the company's assets, known as Glass Solutions Inc., to a customer, George Pardo. Since 2012, the new Owner & CEO, George Pardo, transitioned the retailer to a National direct-to-consumer e-commerce primarily selling Glass Office Chair Mats[6]
