Voith & Mactavish Architects is a Philadelphia-based architecture firm founded in 1988 by Daniela Holt Voith and Cameron Mactavish. The firm is now led by Daniela Holt Voith and John Cluver, and is known for its portfolio of academic, cultural, religious, commercial, residential and historic preservation projects.
Design for Education[edit]
The practice has worked extensively across higher education, primary and secondary school typologies. They have worked extensively on various university campuses, particularly in east coast. Institutions include Vassar College, Rutgers University, Drexel University, and the University of Pennsylvania.
The firm is widely recognized for creating learning environments that facilitate cross-disciplinary learning and collaboration, such as the Kenneth K.T. Yen Humanities Building at the Pennington School,[1] and the Biotech Commons at the University of Pennsylvania.[2][3]

Contextual Preservation[edit]
Voith & Mactavish Architects is most known for its contextual preservation of historic buildings, including designated National Historic Landmarks, across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. In addition to campus projects, the firm has also rehabilitated houses in Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square and Society Hill.
