By 2021, Waldo's Chicken and Beer had grown to seven locations in four southern states: Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.[2]
In early 2023, the restaurant chain had expanded into Colorado with plans for further expansion.[5]

In February 2023, during their 2 year anniversary, the restaurant announced that they would be donating $2 of all proceeds from their 'Feed the Flock' meals towards CASA of Williamson County to support families and children in need.[2]
