Menu[edit]
Chicken remains the most popular type of meat among Canadians[4], and the WingsUp! menu[5] consists of many different chicken options including fresh chicken wings, boneless bites, sandwiches and sides, such as appetizers, salads, breads, fries (including onion rings and poutine), and drinks. WingsUp! also offers boneless options. The Buffalo Bites (boneless bites) are hand cut and breaded pieces of boneless breast, and coated in customer’s choice of sauce or seasoning. A vegetarian option consisting of cauliflower bites is also available. WingsUp! currently offers 7 sandwiches and wraps, including favourites such as the Wing-on-a-Bun and the Smiley sandwich. The Smiley sandwich is comprised of chicken breast, sauced in any flavour and served on 2 pieces of garlic bread.
There are 18 sauce flavours divided into six categories: classic, sweet, spicy, bold, dry, and sweet and spicy. WingsUp! is famous for flavours such as Mild, Medium, Hot, Honey Garlic, Louis, Dry West Coast, Simply Smoked BBQ, Honey Mustard, Honey-Hot, Thai, Texas Tequila, Sweatin’ Bullets, Dry Cajun, Jerk BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Garlic BBQ, Lemon Pepper and Jamaican Hot.
