Wasabi Sushi Bar
Wasabi Sushi Bar is an American casual dining restaurant chain that is owned and operated by Wasabi Management Company, Inc., headquartered in Clayton, Missouri.[1] Wasabi Sushi Bar has been endorsed by St. Louis food magazines such as Sauce Magazine and Feast Magazine.[2][3] Since 2004, Wasabi Sushi Bar has consecutively won the title "Readers' Choice Favorite Sushi/Japanese Restaurant."[4] In addition, Wasabi Sushi Bar won the "Best Sushi Bar" title in 2004 and 2006 from River Front Times.[5] As of 2022, Wasabi Sushi Bar has seven restaurants in Missouri and Illinois.
