The "Washington theropod" is an unnamed dinosaur known from a single femur fragment from the late Cretaceous. It is the first dinosaur fossil found in Washington state, where it was unearthed in the Cedar District Formation in Sucia Island State Park, and likely belongs to a tyrannosauroid.[1][2]
