    Weave is a customer relationship management (CRM) software for service-based small businesses[2][3] that integrates with other business management tools.[4] It is primarily used by health care providers and clinics,[5] and is produced by Weave Communications Inc., based out of Utah, United States.[3]

    • Roy Banks was made chief executive officer (CEO) in December 2020, replacing Brandon Rodman.[6][7]
    • In October 2022, Brett White (formerly chief operating officer, COO) replaced Roy Banks as CEO.[9]

    Features[edit]

    Weave is fundamentally an office phone system utilizing voice over internet protocol (VoIP)[5], but has additional features for customer communication and engagement, such as business texting[4], appointment reminders[4], digital intake forms[10], and payment processing.[10][11]
