Weekend Swap is a collaborative consumption website and web application that allows users to borrow and lend outdoor gear with one another. The beta version of the site was launched in October 2012 in San Francisco, although an initial alpha version of the site was released in 2010 at Brown University. Common items posted on the site include skis, camping equipment, and mountain bikes.
