Whizzard Media
Whizzard Media is the US arm of British firm, Captive Media.
Captive Media design and manage an interactive digital signage entertainment and media system for installation above men’s urinals. 'The Whizzard' allow users to play a video game by directing their stream left or right.[1] Games include xStream Racer, and Peenalty Shoot-out[2]
Whizzard Media's first US installation was in early March 2012 at a baseball stadium, generating a large media response. Since then, Whizzard Media's network has grown to over 20 venues across North America.[2] This includes some Dave and Buster's stores and a venue installed during an episode of the US TV show Bar Rescue.[2]
