William Rashidi is a Nigerian LGBT activist for the bi-sexual, gay, and a gender minority in Nigeria. He is a steering committee member of the Open House for Health and Human Rights, and also the Director of Equality Triangle Initiative, located in Delta State, Nigeria.[1][2] He also advocated for the use of Pre-exposure Prophylaxis, (PReP) among LGBT to prevent infection of HIV.[3] In 2011, he kicked against the 14 years jail term for same-sex marriage that was passed into the bill by members of the Nigerian senate.[4]
