Wind is an upcoming 2019 American animated short film directed and written by Edwin Chang, produced by Dana Murray and Pixar Animation Studios, and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It will be the fifth film in Pixar's "SparkShorts" program, and focuses on a grandmother and grandson longing to escape an endless chasm.[1] The short will be released on Disney+ on December 13, 2019.
Premise[edit]
A grandmother and her grandson find themselves scavenging debris after being trapped together in an endless chasm, and soon realize their dream of escaping.
