Babru is an Indian, Kannada language Mystery Thriller movie directed by Sujay Ramaiah. The film is produced by actress Suman Nagarkar's Suman Nagarkar Productions and Yuga Creations. This movie features Suman Nagarkar, Prakruthi Kashyap, Mahi Hiremath, Sunny Moza, Rey Tostado, Bharath KS, Gaana Bhat and others[2]. Babru, which has entirely been shot in the United States, is a project made by NRI Kannadigas, most of whom hail from the IT industry[3]. The music of the film is scored by Poornachandra Tejaswi and cinematography is done by Sujay Ramaiah.
Plot[edit]
Set in the US, Arjun is on his way to Vancouver to propose his girlfriend Maya, whom he has met only once on a plane while traveling from India. He agrees to deliver a car to Vancouver, so he can enjoy the cross country drive and can meet his Girlfriend without spending a penny. The same car is allotted to Sana since Arjun was late; the two connect and decide to travel together. Gustavo, Federico and other characters are introduced, few murders happen in parallel. These people are behind Arjun and Sana. Why are they chasing them, How Arjun gets through it forms the rest of the story.[4]
