Winnerjit Singh Goldy Khadial is an Indian politician, engineer, spokesperson and member of Shiromani Akali Dal.[1] He served as Vice-Chairperson of PEPSU Road Transport Corporation during the Akali Dal government (2007-2017) in Punjab.[2] Goldy is also the President of Student Alumni Association of SLIET.[3] On 4 December 2021, Goldy was announced as candidate from Sangrur for 2022 elections.[4][5][6]

Goldy was born in 1975 to father Jagdish Singh.[7]
Political Career[edit]
Goldy contested his first election in 2022.[8][9] He started campaigning digitally amid ECI restrictions for 2022 elections in Sangrur after getting the SAD ticket.[10] In January 2022, former Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab, Sukhbir Singh Badal campaigned for Goldy in Sangrur.[11] Goldy filed his nomination for Sangrur on 29 January 2022.[7]
